CENTRAL REGION
Candace Crute, Central Field Office Director
My name is Candace Crute. I am a dedicated Support Coordinator with a strong commitment to serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. My work focuses on helping clients access both community-based and paid supports that empower them to live meaningful, self-directed lives—whether independently or with family.
I specialize in crisis management and stabilization, working closely with individuals and their support systems during some of their most challenging moments. My goal is always to bring calm, clarity, and practical solutions that help restore stability and create a path forward.
While I bring years of professional experience to my role, my passion for this work runs much deeper. As a mother and grandmother to loved ones with developmental disabilities, this field is personal to me. It is not just what I do—it is who I am. I understand firsthand the challenges, the advocacy required, and the importance of compassionate, consistent support.
I strive to make a meaningful impact in my community by ensuring that every individual I serve feels supported, respected, and empowered to live a fulfilling life.
